We’re pleased to confirm the completion and opening of our new, modern Padiham office space. The building was opened in 1959 as a bespoke HQ for Padiham Building Society (there’s even an underground vault!).  

We’ve lovingly restored this space as a flexible workspace for small businesses, in the heart of a regeneration area which will drive Padiham forward. Spaces start from just £250 per month for a private office, or £60 per month for hotdesking!
