That 'we' is me, Liam, and my implementation team. During Covid I took a chance on an old bank building with one thesis:
Can I build a hub for tech businesses I could invest in? Then came the AI boom. ChatGPT changed the game – and Cottonmill shifted focus to help other businesses embrace it too.
