2. The data we collect
Information you give us: when you fill in a form on our site, for example to book a call, register for a webinar, request an AI diagnostic, or contact us, we collect your name, work email address, company name, job title, and anything you choose to tell us in a message.
Information collected automatically: when you visit our site we collect technical and usage data through cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
To respond to enquiries, arrange and hold calls, and deliver webinars or services you ask for. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request and performing a contract, and our legitimate interests in responding to you.
To send you information about your registration, booking or enquiry, and related follow ups. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests, or your consent where required.
To send marketing about our services where you have asked to hear from us or where we are permitted to contact business contacts. Lawful basis: consent or legitimate interests. You can opt out at any time.
To measure and improve our website and marketing. Lawful basis: your consent for non essential cookies, and our legitimate interests in understanding how the site is used.
4. Cookies and analytics
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google (advertising and conversion measurement), the LinkedIn Insight Tag (advertising and analytics), and Microsoft Clarity (website analytics and session replay that helps us see how pages are used). These help us understand traffic and improve the site and our campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run our business, under appropriate contracts, including: website hosting and database providers who store our site and form submissions; email delivery providers who send our emails; scheduling tools used to book calls; and the analytics and advertising providers named above (Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft).
