The Bank Building was originally built as the HQ for 'Padiham Building Society' opened in 1959 and served as a local bank for almost 70 years. During Covid, it was acquired and restored into a training centre and creative workspace.

Today it houses dedicated training rooms (seating from 8 to 30),  boardrooms, hot-desking space, and private offices. It's the home of Cottonmill's AI training programme and consultancy operations.

The building retains its original character - high ceilings, stone walls, and a grand staircase - while being fully equipped with modern technology for workshops and presentations.
