The Bank Building
A former bank in Padiham, Lancashire - beautifully restored into a modern training centre, creative workspace, and AI hub.
34 Burnley Road, Padiham, BB12 8BW

Built for learning.
The Bank Building was originally built as the HQ for 'Padiham Building Society' opened in 1959 and served as a local bank for almost 70 years. During Covid, it was acquired and restored into a training centre and creative workspace.
Today it houses dedicated training rooms (seating from 8 to 30), boardrooms, hot-desking space, and private offices. It's the home of Cottonmill's AI training programme and consultancy operations.
The building retains its original character - high ceilings, stone walls, and a grand staircase - while being fully equipped with modern technology for workshops and presentations.
